Howard Barglas ESQ. was civil and made my dreadful experience of pure loss on faith in non vetted real estate salespeople to finally extracting myself from the sleaziest of a starting five lineup, landlord sisters, management co of the lowest of lowest, original broker who advertised no fee then closed up shop and specifically the representing flat management company of pure character deprivation.
