My wife and I wanted to establish a trust. Rand and Tina were very friendly and accommodating. Rand possesses great knowledge and insight, and I would recommend his services to anyone.

My wife and I made an appointment to see Mr. Scopel for some minor legal issues, no need for details, and to assist us with a family trust. We were very happy with the attention to our needs and concerns. The communication was very good and important to us, since we had some time constraints. We were very pleased at how things were handled on his side for the legal issues and he walked us through the Trust with lots of time and explanation. A Quality Attorney is priceless, no matter the cost.

Just finished up Estate Planning with Rand Scopel and it was smooth and easy and reasonably priced. He explained everything in terms I could understand including why certain things needed to be done the way he suggested. Papers were ready as promised; painless process. I have consulted with him several times in the past with great results. Highly recommend.

First off, Mrs Tina that works at the front desk is the best thing this law firm has. She is so awesome and such a pleasure to see first thing when you walk into the office. Rand Scopel, on the other hand, does not know how to speak to clients. He chooses to yell at clients and tells you what he's "not going to do" although it was already discussed that that was what was going to be done. You constantly have to remind him what was said and he walks you in verbal circles, repeating the same thing that you discussed before over and over. Not to mention he had to rewrite divorce paperwork REPEATEDLY to get what was discussed correct in writing. It took forever in order to get the paperwork correct, and by that time, the person that was to be served refused to sign. Rand then, yelled at ME for someone else's decision not to sign and the fact that i couldn't find him. The experience with him was one that I refused to endure and I have to completely start my process over with another law firm. If I wanted to remain in an abusive, toxic relationship, I would have stayed with the man I am trying to divorce. I 1000% do not recommend him.

Polite/friendly from the beginning, the team is also serious about the profession and direct with my family law options, easily clarifying legal complexities and offering smart options.
