Worst company ever I got hung up on twice such a waste of time I can’t work properly because these people have me on leave and I cannot clock in my work because of a injury I had weeks ago.

I'm still dealing with them and they are not the only claims management company I have dealt with but the case manager assigned to me is without a doubt the absolute worst I've had to deal with. She listens to nothing I say, she argues with me, takes days to get back to me, does nothing she is supposed to. I do have to say when I've had to make calls to anyone else but her they assist in any way possible so her negativity is not a reflection on the entire company and she should probably be working elsewhere because these are people's lives.

Listen to the reviews. Sedgwick is a waste of time. They say they want to hire people who “care” but they don’t, half the time they are twiddling their thumbs on the other line. And don’t forget, they will deny you for your disability and than say you have to get an attorney to change it. Smh worst company I have EVER had experience with.

The worse claim experience I have ever heard of. I know of 5 people that had to go on leave and their employer used Sedgwick for their claim services and they messed up everyone of their pay every single payroll. You are already on a leave and then have to deal with horrible service that is not even due to your actual employer. UNUM is a much better claim service provider. DO NOT USE them!

If I could give no stars, I would. I needed help with an old claim getting information from it to close out an issue for my father with Medicare so that the hospital that he just stayed at for almost a week can be paid. After 3 weeks of emailing and calling numerous people and getting no response, I'm forced to write a negative review. I even went as far as finding the president of the company on LinkedIn, and emailing him days ago and I haven't gotten a response. This is an incredibly unprofessional company and unfortunately, if you don't have things set up on their website, I don't think you're getting any help.
