Bad insurance do deal with. As you can see low customer rating. 1.8 stars . Called them 2 weeks in the row all calls to voice mail never called me back. Customer needs his vehicle fixed. As a body shop would not recommend do deal with it. Unprofessional!

AWFUL!!! If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. This insurance company is terrible. Custom service is not in their vocabulary. Why have an agent assigned to your case when they will not communicate with you in any form you try. I won't even begin to count how many times I have tried to contact them. It states in their contract that they cannot be sued. Huh?! I wonder why that is? So they can string you along forever with zero repercussions is my guess.

I have never had to claim workman’s comp, and I have to say it has been a living hell. They do not send your checks on a regular basis, not caring that you are not working due to a work injury but still have to survive and pay your bills. It seems also the people you need to contact about your benefits is always on a 3 week leave. I hope to never have to deal with them again after this is over.

I handle work comp claims for 5 centers. I have always had a pleasant and quick response from my favorite customer service reps. Jerome & Genevieve. I could call or email them anytime I need claim info. I have never had a problem with the adjusters either. Thank you guys for going the extra mile. ????

They keep making mistakes due to having poor communication within their company. I’ve had to talk to someone just so that they have to talk to someone else, also their website is very confusing and doesn’t update properly. I have to constantly call them to ensure that they have everything they need from me since I keep receiving notifications saying documents are needed.
