To any business considering these services — proceed with caution. Engaging with this company could seriously damage your brand’s reputation. I recently attempted to file a product recall claim, following the steps outlined on the product’s official website. However, the “Submit” button on the website malfunctioned, and I was directed to call a phone number during business hours, which connected me to Sedgwick. My initial experience was acceptable — there was some waiting time, but nothing unreasonable. The representative I spoke with provided an email address where I was asked to resubmit all the information I had already entered on the website. While this was inconvenient, I understood that technical issues can happen. I promptly sent all the requested information and received email acknowledgments confirming its receipt. Shortly thereafter, I received a voicemail instructing me to call them back — without any explanation as to why. When I called, I waited on hold for over 20 minutes. Once connected, the representative seemed unable or unwilling to explain the reason for their outreach, despite my repeated inquiries. Understandably, this became frustrating. Rather than showing empathy or offering any kind of apology, the representative chose to place me on hold once again, suggesting I needed time to calm down — an approach that only exacerbated the situation. At this point, I had already provided my information three times. Eventually, I was transferred to a manager, after waiting an additional 10 minutes. The manager assured me they wanted to help, yet still did not apologize for the repeated failure to retain my information or clarify what additional details they needed from me. After more than 30 minutes on the call, I was still left without answers. Finally, the manager requested the same information I had already provided multiple times. They claimed emails were being sent and seemed satisfied with their efforts, despite having done nothing to resolve the issue efficiently. This entire experience has been a frustrating waste of time and has completely eroded my trust in the brand associated with this company’s services. If a business values its customers, it should avoid partnering with a service provider that demonstrates such a lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic organizational skills. This kind of poor service reflects directly on the brand and will undoubtedly drive customers away.

This is the saddest company ever! Unprofessional, sickening just horrible management. I believe they are in business for people to not get paid for whatever reason they’re trying to find a way to not get you what you deserve. This company needs to be reported to the BBB
