I came here to talk about my partners absolutely horrid experience with this company. She is pregnant and attempting to get a work accommodation because she has been sick. The agent that was assigned to her claims that she will call her. She hasn't left a voice mail or call back number and continuously tells her "we will call you shortly" only to never call. She is stressed and this is a time sensitive issue that no one in your company seems to be too sensitive too. If the the stress kill my baby, that blood is on YOUR hands Li V of Sedgewick claims. Anyway, I came here to say all this and noticed that this company has a 1.3 (one and three tenths) star rating on Google. It's obvious to me that this review is just a drop in the bucket that is filled with the bad and borderline illegal experiences people have had with Sedgwick. It's also obvious to me that no one reads or cares about these reviews AT ALL. As long as corporate money keeps flowing into this dumpster fire of an insurance company, they will continue to get away with this. I implore anyone reading this review (as, again, I'm sure it won't be a sedgwick employee) to beg your employers to get a new provider. And if you are a business owner seeking an insurance partner, run FAR in the other direction.

This place is a joke and they should be under investigation. JB Hunt (3rd party delivery service) flooded my basement by unplugging my sump pump causing alot of damage. Even damaging the brand new Samsung Washer and dryer they installed. Those delivery guys got fired. However, JB Hunt denied unplugging my sump pump. Therefore, Sedgwick (Connie Stevens and her supervisor) decided that it would be their position too. Note: when JB Hunt flooded my basement, (pictures were provided) Nobody came through to assess, or assist with the damage after calling multiple times. Also, this happened two years ago. They still have not provided any assistance or payment reimbursement for the damages that we paid for out of pocket. (Receipts for clean up, sanitation fromnthe mold etc. were also provided) My family has been transparent, kind, and available. But not anymore, we going to court you crooks. Not only will you be paying for the damages, but the lawyers fees, and everything else you disrupted and damaged. Dealing with these people has been a nightmare, no return phone calls, no return emails, stringing along for 2 years. It's on. See you crooks in court. Worst service I never received. Asshats. Also, I am a combat veteran, and I serve the elderly veteran community most of my life. This is how, Sedgwick treats veterans.

Even with early submission of the plan for a hip replacement, my paycheck was delayed. It’s almost like they don’t care. Very frustrating to track everything and make sure people are doing their jobs when you’re trying to recover from major surgery!

Absolutely terrible time dealing with this company. Approved for parental leave. Never told I needed to apply through CT paid leave until end of leave to be paid. I applied and was denied due to them failing to send employer verification paperwork. My leave was in April until June it’s now august and im still fighting for the money I’m owed. 0 stars trash company.

Horrible customer service. Can never get a hold of any adjuster. They frequently change adjuster to the claim and don't let you know.
