This law firm initiates illegal foreclosure proceedings by prematurely and improperly exercising the power of sale against people without giving legal and proper notice to homeowners and in violation of the code of federal regulations by the CFPB. This law firm also ignores conflict of interest and will even continue representing their client even though BOTH their firm (and individually named attorneys) AND their client(s) were sued as co-defendants in the same lawsuit. Sam Levine v. EverBank & HSBC, et al, Dekalb County Superior Court, Case No.'s 2017-CV-2973 and 17-CV-2974. This law firm in effect cheats their way to foreclosing on your home. The lawyers at this law firm are extremely unethical and violated a myriad of bar ethics rules in my cases.
