I went to this Tim Center for a problem with the fiber and they told me they couldn't do anything. Furthermore, they also gave me incorrect information on invoicing and bank direct debit. Strange because instead at the Tim Center in Piazza Oberdan they solved the problem for me in half an hour and also called me to find out if everything was working at home. Not recommended.
