Thanks to God that I found Mr. Skarbek. I initially found him on yelp. I was hesitant at first, but I took my chances and boy was I glad! He is such a great lawyer. Very professional. He dedicated a lot of time to us. You can tell he works with all his heart. Plus he has a good sense of humor. One thing I really like about Mr. Skarbek is that he is willing to spend time to talk with you and explain the case without charging you more. He also works late and replies very quickly to emails. My case was a commercial eviction with a complicated tenant who hadn't paid for 5 months and made up plenty of excuses to get away with it. Brian handled it easily and got the tenant to pay us everything. My family was very impressed and we like Mr. Skarbek very much. If you need an eviction done, Brian is the one!
