Two words Adam Nunez! He’s the only reason I gave 3 stars! This company is terrible. I’m closing on my home and this settlement for a car I took a loan for in my early 20’s pops up, fine! I pay it and waited a month for the money to go Tromberg from the sheriffs dept. Not their fault but ok. I still waited over 3 weeks for the settlement letter which I was told each time I called I would receive in a day or two, or Monday, or this afternoon, etc. Adam Nunez was solely the only person that never made a promise and still delivered!!! Might of took a long cry that morning but by 12:30pm he delivered!!! Thank you Adam, God bless you!!!!!

If it were possible I would like to rate this company at a negative 5 star. Not only do they have terrible customer service but they do something even worse, garnish checks from people that have nothing to do with the settlements they're involved with. I will likely end up using this company as they've been garnishing my partners checks for almost a year in error. We've tried calling this company every day for past few weeks, gave them all the info that was needed for them to make this situation right and so far nothing. We've recorded every conversation from them, the first person we spoke with said oh yeah this happened before. Like seriously if you make the mistake to garnish from the wrong person and haven't done anything to correct the situation in a timely fashion, which they haven't, they don't deserve to be in business. I'm looking for other people who have gone through the same experience to get in touch with so we can file a class action suit. This is completely unacceptable and we will not tolerate!! I'll be checking reviews and have confidence it won't be difficult to find others in same situation as us. Thank you in advance to anyone who is willing to file claim against this company.

When I checked my checking account it had a hold on it for the full amount. The amount included my paycheck that just went in and my dads social security check. All my bills were set up to be paid. I called the bank to find out that this company garnished all my money. We had one outstanding debt that our lawyer was handling. Left several messages no one called back. The next morning when we contacted them they realized they made a mistake. We called our lawyer who called them to tell them to immediately correct their mistake. They made sure they took their money we settled with plus charged $125 in court fees. Now I have to pay $100 late fee to my mtg company plus bank fees for returned check. It is now a week later and I still don’t have money put back into my account. We have gone all week without picking up dads prescriptions or buying food. Its totally rediculous that we are suffering for their mistake. This company SUCKS. NOT SURE HOW THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT. VERY SAD. They don’t even deserve one star

If I could give 0 stars I would. They were handling a debt from a credit union that I was paying on, after 3 months of payments to them, I called to make a payment since I was unable to log in online to make a payment and they told me that my account had been closed LAST MONTH. I was never emailed, called, left voicemails, or even given a letter stating why they were closing it or that they were closing it in the first place. When I called they simply stated that since I no longer live in NY (which I never have and even gave them the address that I lived at from the very first time I spoke with them). So I just made payments on an account that I have no idea what the status is on now because they won't even tell me who to contact about making payments for this account. Worst debt collector ever.
