Hired Jennifer Harlow to do some estate planning work. Initial conversations went great and she seemed to know her stuff. She came highly recommended. Signed the engagement letter and paid the 50% deposit only to never hear from her or get ahold of her after that. Multiple phone calls and emails. No response. Sent certified letter as recommended by the Cincinnati Bar Association. No response. Had to file dispute with credit card company to get money back.

Jennifer has not completed the necessary reports to the court system that they have requested. Been working with her three years. At first she was great then eventually no help at all. Not returning phone calls or emails.
