Tallen and Baertschi

I was represented by Tallen and Baertschi recently and I will make an attempt at relaying my experience as accurately as possible. But when I first met with Mr. Baertschi it quickly became clear to me that he had a deep understanding of current law, my anxiety was curbed. Not only did they explain the process thoroughly and honestly but being that they practice both sides of the law (prosecutors at times and defense attorneys at others) they had an intimate understanding of what I could expect. I was rewarded with representation that was far more than “reasonable”, it proved to be nothing short of stellar. From subpoenaing crucial evidence in my case, pouring over hours of said evidence, relaying their findings to me almost immediately at every turn. Finding critical pieces of information that I am sure many lawyers would have missed, leading to several breaks in my case, they truly went the extra mile I felt. They were incredibly patient with me throughout the entire process seeing as how much of this was new to me and dumbing down some of what was being said so that I could understand, assuring me of the facts to keep my mind from running wild.
