After being involved in a terrible situation I tried desperately to find a lawyer who would assist me in seeking damages. It was a difficult journey to say the least. Mick is a fighter! No doubt about it! I never doubted that he had the skills, intellect, ability to argue a case or support staff needed to take my case across the finish line! Mick and another attorney teamed up and took a chance on me when no other attorney would. I had lost my case on a technicality two years prior and NOT A SINGLE attorney would handle my appeal. I forged ahead on my own with help of family and got it overturned. It was the hardest thing I had ever done, but I only had to argue that the judge did not do his job. Once it was overturned, I had to actually proved my case. I did not have the legal chops to do that, even though everything that had happened to me was wrong!
