The team at Breslin and Breslin was outstanding! From my first phone call to the day my case was settled I felt that everyone was looking after me and advocating for my rights and my recovery. To give some background I was on a handicap scooter in the parking lot at work when a distracted driver in a large pickup truck driving on the opposite side of the flow of traffic failed to see me and struck me with his vehicle. I was immediately rushed to the hospital and went through months of physical therapy and specialized treatments. My attorney Donald Caminiti and his legal assistant Oksana were with me the whole time! Mr. Caminiti is a great attorney and I’m very very happy with my settlement!
