They never did call me back after a long prescreening.
I called and left my name and contact number twice and got no response.
Contacted office through email and was denied services. Yet no reference number for anything.
I contacted this Law Firm back in the early 2000's for a civil case with several variations. They did a consultation said someone would call me back. Still have not received the callback. I called them about 1 year ago to see if they could pull up notes from my consultation and they had no notes. I personally believe this firm is the reason why I needed an attorney for a civil case in the first place.
Intake services are Impeccable. Specifically, Fernando, was a patient, calm, and helpful with additional resources to pursue, EVEN THOUGH T.C.F. is not able to help me with an Unlawful Detainer. I appreciate the opportunity to give Fernando and his employer well-deserved praise! 1.24.2023
