Several years ago, Bob set up an estate plan for us after retiring. His office helped us through the process. Currently I have attended a free tax seminar that was helpful. If I need further advice I feel I can turn to this office for expert help.

More than 60 days without a phone call or email. I call and call, leaving messages for my contact, Leslie Berry, only to be told on Friday, September 8, that he no longers work there by a off-site receptionists that thinks he is a she. I finally get an email from Jennifer Gordon, who had been CC'd on my emails with Leslie, asking me for copies of all the same things I had emailed to Leslie AND HER. There was no excuse for missing the August deadline for filing for my mother. Now we have to deal with my invalid blind and deaf mother being evacuated to a new facility, becoming ill from overwhelmed staff, ending up in ICU while dealing with my own home and vehicle being affected by the storm and all this information was sent to the Bond Law Firm WEEKS before the hurricane hit. No excuse, No excuse, No excuse.

The bottom law firm has helped me establish a trust to satisfy the requirements needed today. I plan on using them on my needs in the future. The estate planning seems to be something they’ve got a real handle on.

Friendly, knowledgeable, Leslie very good explaining laws. $$$$ more expensive than most on Elder law. $4,000 to file for Medicaid.
