On 10/2022 when i had the accident and was in so much pain right after the accident, still not sure if i needed a lawyer since this is the first time it happened to me, a family friend referred this law firm. When i called the number the intake person is so nice and accommodating, when the time they got evaluated the accident report, i ask them that i needed help re: pain the next day they referred me to a chiropractor and a week later they transferred my case to a case manager and when i spoke to her (Ann V.) for the very 1st time she told me right away that since my case is a 5 vehicular accident it will take sometime and probably will take a year or two and just be patient about it. for a month or two they called and they other insurance already gave a settlement for the car damages and once in a while i called them regarding the update. But now here i am writing a review for how their services is great and had a good settlement for me and my daughter. Thank you so much!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I live in Texas. I switched my lawyers from a Texas law firm to Jacob Emrani, and it was the best decision I made!! They are so knowledgeable, well connected, and professional. They got my MRI's, Dr's and Specialist's visits, Physical Therapy, Acupuncture... you name it, they organized it... and immediately! I didn't pay a cent. Mine was a not-at-fault accident. Mario Bertieri, my lawyer at Call Jacob, was absolutely amazing! He was sympathetic, took time to explain things to me, and was very straightforward about my situation. This place is terrible. Do not sign with this law firm. Go some where else. My daughter signed with this law firm in April, the lawyers never give her updates when she asks. All they do is string her along. She was in an accident she had full coverage and the attorney assured her she would take care of the car payment. Nope, everyday its still accruing interest. She lied to her and told her a check was coming and still hasn't recieved anything.
