I hired Mr. Moon to help me get custody of my two nieces that I have been caring for for the past six years. I paid him all up front $3500 on our first visit. I have been trying to get a phone call or something with him and I never get a call back. His assistant Rachel is not giving him messages or he just don’t want to do the case. Give me my money back to I can hire a lawyer that will help me.

He was hired for a traffic ticket case for my sister. Attorney Moon sent a letter explaing the terms 10 days before the expiration date.. we were not able to pay the fine on short notice so she had to go back to court. The judge told her when the deal was made, she actually had 30 days to pay but we didn't know since Mr. Moon didn't tell us until 10 days before. I sent him an email for clarification (giving him the benefit of the doubt) but he never responded. Maybe he was overwhelmed with too many cases.. maybe he didn't have enough staff to help him, idk but that completely unprofessional. Communication and an apology would go a long way...just saying.

I would not recommend this lawyer at all! He was real quick to take my father's hard earned money but never provided us with the legal documents we hired him for. We've tried calling and emailing him for the PAST YEAR and we have not heard from him at all! We saw mixed reviews when we're researching lawyers. The bad outweighed the good yet we still decided to give this lawyer a chance. We regret that decision. Please learn from our mistake. This is not the lawyer you want. He will only scam you and take your money.

I will never go to him or recommend this lawyer. He took my father's $900 same day of consultation and promised him help with making a will and a power of attorney over my mother on February of 2022. Have heard from him only twice after that with little to no response. It's been a whole year and still haven't heard from him or his staff. If I could i would give 0 stars to this firm . I highly recommend you think twice before even reaching out to this law firm.

The moon law firm has helped me get my speeding ticket dismissed and made the process very easy I would highly recommend this place.
