First couple of guys I spoke to were fine it wasn't until I spoke to the Sales Director , the woman with the snotty attitude that I was convinced this isn't the right fit for me. She didn't care at all about what I was going through, all she cared about was her greed and her agenda. The more attitude she gave me the more I felt inclined to give it right back and when she got it back she didn't know what to do or say so she just canceled my contract. ???? I would recommend this place for services and I am only given them 4 stars because it is extremely hard to get someone on the phone, but when you do they are extremely helpful and professional. I feel they are overwhelmed with the influx of calls since we were hit with the hurricane Ian. They did help me retrieve a fair settlement.
