Do NOT USE this firm - unless you want excessive delays, have to resend items over and over again, the support person was completely incompetent. She could not read emails claimed I never sent only to apologize days later - unbelievable - months and months of delays - and finally I said enough is enough - and was told my retainer balance would be returned and months later they could not send a check only wire and took more $ (excessive) to do wire ! In the end the attorney was very nice (only a brief call to review an item w me) however the support person assigned didn’t provide anything asked! Disgusting they can get away with this type of ‘theft’ … don’t use and YES i am reporting to any governing body I can as I have decided to search counsel elsewhere

Extremely laid back. Not quick on replies. Gave false informtion. And cares very little for old clients.
