Great experience with my first time taking legal action for a car accident. I was quickly referred to a nearby doctor, within 24 hours, and could start treatment/testing within just a couple of days. Throughout the process they were able to give me updates and advice since I had absolutely no idea what to expect. They were recommended to me through a colleague and I also highly recommend Salazar Law Firm!

Unfortunately Salazar Law Firm were unable to resolve my settlement or concerns. They had referred me for chiropractic services and x-rays. I followed all my sessions. Had to reach out myself most of the time for any updates. In the end, I was told my case had been released and recommended to seek another lawyer/firm since there was nothing that could be done anymore. Supposable an email and letter about the release was sent to me, however I did not receive them until I reached out. Went with another lawyer/firm and was informed that the at-fault party had actually sent an offer for an agreement/settlement and ended up getting my settlement. Unsure why Salazar Law Firm decided to just drop my case and not inform me about the settlement that was offered (maybe not big of a case compared to others for them), only they’d know. Due to my experience, I do not recommend Salazar Law Firm and would suggest to work with a law firm that would take each case seriously, big or small.

Absolutely recommend Salazar Law firm!!!! In the 6+ months I worked with them, the phone literally never went to voicemail! I’m convinced they live there at this point lol. Donna was the definition of perfection, even during my very long rants. I highly highly recommend them! :) They definitely will fight for you, and want you to walk away whole again.
