Sam and his team are incredibly diligent and professional. They provided exceptional legal advice and guidance throughout our entire visa process. At each step of the process Sam went well beyond our expectations, sometimes meeting at the break of dawn just to alleviate any stress or anxieties that my family were experiencing. It had started very well with a great contact on the phone but as time went by I felt Samuel didn't put enough effort to help me on the case as soon as he felt it wasn't an easy one (due to my profession it is true) But an overall lack of empathy during email contact which I didn't appreciate. Very disappointed!
