Tim came to us has a referral from a past client of his and didn't let us down.. Both Tim and Michael are very straight forward. They work to resolve the divorce as fast as possible. In our case it seem to be easy , but it wasn't. Only one side wanted to be practical and talk . Tim was able to get the opposing counsel to finally talk and negotiate an agreement. Tim knows Arizona Divorce law very well. What he explain in the begin was exactly the out come. Tim is not trying to get billable hours. He work to resolve the issues as fast as possible. This divorce was for my son and grand kids which they played a very important part to Tim and Michael resolving this case.

$25,000 in 9 months spent with this attorney regarding children being taken from their father out of state. I have spoken with MULTIPLE people asking why he never pushed for the children to be returned with an emergency motion. It always seemed a little odd that not being able to access your children did not seem like an emergency. Although the client got what he wanted in the long run... took 9 months and now $35,000, the client owes $10,000 more which HE DOES NOT HAVE. Tim has threatened to bring HIS lawyer if he doesn't get at least half by next week, and compared paying legal fees to buying groceries and putting a roof over his family's head with 3 children... Tim stated it "will get ugly." To sum it up, you can probably find similar representation elsewhere and with someone who is willing to work with you. His client has tried to suggest a payment plan on multiple occasions where Tim has simply stated at least half or NOTHING. Well it hasn't been able to be at least half so it's been nothing. Lost all respect for this lawyer. Typical lawyer stereotype of greediness and ego.

I've known Tim since 1994. Tim has assisted my family with legal matters in different situations and if he could advised us to self represent to save money. Tim is by far one of the kindest, caring and non judgemental people I've ever met.I see some of these reviews and have no idea why some folks demand freebees and laws to exempt them from their own consequences..but hey!! You can't please everyone! Tim, I should've written this sooner-you are a gem amongst men! I've known you for years and you're very professional and decent. I have the utmost respect for you sir! I am going through a difficult divorce and went to Timothy for help. Timothy caused me heart ache on top of the heart ache I was already going through with the divorce. He talks down on you and it is not interested in hearing your concerns. He did nothing for me in months! You should read up on him before you hire him. I wish I would have!! He is a bully and he does not look out for you! I wouldn't even hear from him in a month and I would receive a large bill. He is the most shady attorney!!!
