During the process of closing on a sale, Joel found a deed to secure debt that was not properly resolved by the lender. He worked tirelessly to solve this in short order to ensure closing happened on time. A second refinance happened with no issues and both the lender and I were happy! Not really happy about the fact that I am a customer of the MetLife legal plan and simply needed questions answered about a landlord tenant situation, but I couldn’t even speak to anyone over the phone because they told me I had to fill out a form first. I filled the form out to be emailed and told they would not take my “case” because of their “overwhelming demand”. I didn’t have a case and they would have known that had they read the details of my request. Why even participate in MetLife if you will not take the cases or participate according to the guidelines of the plan? I am disappointed in the way this was handled and it clearly shows that there is a high need for landlord tenant lawyers in the area if there is such a high demand. Clearly these companies and slumlords are taking advantage of tenants and no one is holding them accountable.

As an investor, it is important to have a firm which is investor friendly. They are very knowledgeable about all things investors need. They provide excellent, professional service and are great to work with. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.
