W. Winston Briggs Law Firm

Winston Briggs was very great at handling my injury case in my automobile accident. He walked me through every step of the way when it came time to go to court. The process is very long, but it was also very easy. I didn’t really have to do anything except just sit back and let him do the hard work. Also, his office staff is very kind caring and they follow up very well when you have questions. I definitely recommend them to anybody in the future

My case was originally with Shane Smith law firm but was taken over by Briggs. This has been by far the worst firm ever. They do not update you on your case. I had to reach out in regards of updates which is technically their job. Haven’t heard anything since 12/24 & it’s now 3/25. There’s no excuse for that. Every single paralegal I’ve worked with is no longer working for the company. My accident was in 2022. It’s 2025. 0/10 dealing with this firm for sure.

You can't go wrong with the Winston Briggs law firm. I turned to them for help after my accident and they handled everything. They got me a bigger settlement than I expected and everything was handled quickly. I was injured in a prior accident and I went with one of the "big" firms and was dissatisfied with the way they handled my case and they took more of the my settlement than they were supposed to. So when I was referred to Winston Briggs, I gave him a shot and I'm so glad I did. Thanks Winston, I hope I never need your services again but if I do, I know you will be there for me.
