I used Wesbrook for my Chapter 13 and when I realized it was hard to keep the payment arrangements they worked very hard to get me converted to a Chapter 7. It took almost a year but they made it happen. Jacob was always available to take my calls and if he was not in the office the office staff did their best to try to answer my questions. I would recommend this company to anyone. I am very happy with my outcome. I would use this company again.

Don't use them. I chose to go with westbrooks to file for a chapter 7 and on the first meeting I paid them in full about $1200.00. All I had left to do was pay to file some 200 dollars. I changed my mind and decided I didn't want to file. Of course they told me they would refund me about $600.00 after time worked. It's been 2 plus year's and i have called them multiple times and I have not seen my money. They basically took $1200.00 dollars from me to create a file.
