My attorney Courtney Martin is very sweet, however the communication sucks with this company. It's been almost a year since my accident and I'm still waiting on my settlement. I understand that insurance companies stall, low ball you on settlements etc but at least keep me posted. I may have received 2 emails this whole time I've retained them, and only one of my calls have been returned. I sure hope this settlement is huge and maybe I'll have a change of heart, because the way that I feel now I will not be referring them

If anyone from Willis and Associates law firm contacts you about an accident you was involved in, I would advise you to hang up the phone. Do not allow anyone to represent you. If you do, do not expect professionalism. No one will keep you inform about the case. Phone calls will not returned. You will not receive a settlement but you will accrue doctor bills that you will be responsible for paying. It is a lost case working with this firm. Do not expect superior service. The level of service must depends on the amount if there is a settlement. This law firm will seek you out but will not fight for you. This law firm does not deserve a star.

I had to bring in 5 missing medical bills,the chiropractor took more than a 3rd of my settlement that they send you to, which I never signed paperwork for a third, and none of my medical bills were negotiated down and don't keep you updated on your case. You have to constantly keep calling. You would think if they're seeking you out they would negotiate in your best interest...they didn't. Mine I got the short end of the stick along with my children...

Met with her about a month after my accident. that was in July 2019. Haven’t heard anything from her since...not a phone call..not an email. Nothing. And no response when I have reached out. I guess I will have to pay for my own medical bills out of pocket even though the other driver slammed into me at a red light and then accepted fault. She also received a citation. Should have been an easy case.

I thought the communication was great. The attorney gave me her cell phone number which was good because I had a lot of questions and the response was quick. This was the first time I ever needed a lawyer. No added fees for my hearing. Thanks attorney Willis.
