After spending weeks researching and speaking with numerous law firms in Atlanta GA, I found Yates and Wheland. I had 2 cases in which I desperately needed court records restricted. Allen Yates was professional and responsive in outlining exactly what needed to be done. He was able to accomplish what other lawyers told me would take a minimum of 6 months to do in under 2 months. In addition, his firm handled 2 cases for me for less than what other firms were quoting for 1 case. I highly recommend anyone looking to have records expunged or restricted speak with Allen Yates of Yates and Wheland.

I highly recommend Mr. John Dixon! I am so glad I had him on my criminal case. He handled everything very professionally and stayed on top of everything!. He kept me in the loop of what was going on with my case, I never had to worry about anything. He got my charges dropped! I wish I could give him 100 Gold Stars! The whole experience was bad. I’m convinced these are not real reviews. Allen’s communication was horrible I went days without getting a response from him. He showed up to court extremely late, and talked to DA without making sure I agreed with the offer. He wasted my time and money I would have got a better outcome without a lawyer. Money wasted and my anxiety is super high. I was charged and convicted with a misdemeanor and I have no prior records nor am I guilty. IM IN TEARS

Allen took great care during a very turbulent time in my life as a result of a car accident. He was always available when I needed him and very knowledgeable in all aspects of the law. I did not live in the same state during the process but the responsiveness and communication the entire time was as professional as it gets - Always returned phone calls, constantly updated on the status of my situation, never rushed off the phone. The fee quoted for me at the beginning didn't change, even when I would call about questions I had about my situation. Mr. Dixon was a pleasure to work with.
