This firm is so unlike my (admittedly minimal) experience of working with law firms, in that exchanges were relaxed, friendly, and easy. On this most recent engagement, there was minimal actual law work being done; they were more of legal liaison. But this was all done with close care and attention, as if they cared. It is not the first time I've used this firm, and they would be my first call if ever needed.
I was very pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of Attorney Monica Shah. She negotiated my contract, and in hindsight, it turned out to be the best move I could have made. After I started my new job, an attempt was made to change the terms of my employment, but I had my contract to back me up. Had I not done that, I would have had to tolerate conditions that would have made my job impossible.
