I was thinking open my case with this firm after I been listening in the radio, they are good on migration but been reading the reviews i change my mind..

The Matian Firm helps hundreds if not thousands of people win their immigration cases. As an immigrant myself, that has navigated through the immigration system I know that his firm has the best faith and intentions for the clients they serve.

We are extremely disatisfied with their service. The receptionists provide excellent service, but when it comes to the actual process and the paralegals/lawyers there is a huge area for improvement. After receiving copies of our records, we became aware that it took them a year to call us back with (wrong) findings. On top of that, the lawyer(s) handling our case did not meet with us to address us personally when we made an appointment to inquire about our case. It wasn't until we had left the building that a lawyer decided to call us to admit an "error had been made." We totally understand, we all make mistakes; however, when the client does NOT receive a call to make him aware of the error, we are talking about poor work ethic and lack of professionalism. Not only it took them a little over a year to call us with wrongful findings, but it wasn't until 7 months of that call that we had to find out on our own that there was an error. I hope other people have better luck with their case. As of us, we are beyond disappointed!

Do not get involved with this firm, they are liars and very unprofessional they're very pushy for you to sign the contract, the person that does the first interview expecte you to commit right th here and if you say no her attitutde changes immediately and leaves the room the she sents another one to push on you to sign the contract with them, however they did not comply with the way they were supposed to work my case and the woman who was taking care of my case was not even an attorney but she said she had consulted with the attorney about my case wich was a total lie after I told her I did not believe her and demanded to speak directly to the atorney 3 times I finally was able to talk to her and she agreed with me that my case was being misshandled. I decided ti cancel the contract on breach of trust and after 3 weeks i am still waiting for my money back. DO NOT TRUST
