Jon is the worst attorney that I have dealt with. He has not showed up to my past two court appointments and I have reverted to asking my ex-wife to provide me the information directly because he is also not forwarding any information over to me and her lawyer is not hearing back from him at all. Do not choose this attorney, he will do basic tasks simply to eat up your retainer. I am working to place all reviews so that you will not be swindled like I was.
I've had the pleasure of having Kyle Sellett represent me through a child custody case this past year. He is very professional and was always looking out for my best interest. He is very knowledgeable and will exhaust all efforts which in return gets positive results. Highly recommend this firm. I finally have a set parenting agreement in place and most important be able to spend more time with my child. Thank you Kyle and Anderson & Associates Team!
I have been going through a long and rough divorce. Kyle Sellett helped me through many difficult problems and made sure all of my rights as a father of two children were given to me. He never stopped answering my questions and fought for me every step of the way. He made sure I understood everything that was in front of me before I signed anything. I would recommend him to anyone that is going through this process however I would especially recommend him for fathers that need to have their rights protected. If I have any concerns or problems in the future he will be my lawyer again. His rates were very reasonable and he worked with me every step of the way throughout the process. I was very pleased with the services I received from him.
This attorney is awful. 10 months I’ve waited for him to take action. He just wants to talk on the phone and bill you and not actually do his job. Run away from this old man foo.
Jonathan and associates really looked out for my best interest even when I wanted to settle and give up because it was a long two years divorce. they looked out for the best interest of my son and myself. He was very patient with all my questions and he would help me look at the bigger picture not just the present moment. My ex is a narcissist and he would try to manipulate the truth every way he could so it was very important to have a professional who could see right through him. I’m very thankful for Mr. Anderson!
