Hurricane claims are extremely difficult to process and are emotionly draining to say the least. Pete Mackey and his team were hands down the sole reason we were able to successfully resolve our claim which took over 46 months. Pete was with us the entire time and advised my family and I on what to expect. He is a very experienced and honest attorney and I am truly grateful that he was able to represent our family during this extremely exhausting event. Pete is very resourceful and as the case progressed he and his team were always prepared to adapt and answer the task at hand. At no time did I have reservations about our legal team. I would highly recommend his firm.
I contacted the office in search of some legal advice, and Troy responded to my inquiry promptly. He offered his advice on my situation for no compensation when he could have easily charged me $100-$150. As you read though these reviews searching for an attorney remember, if an attorney tries to win, it’s a part of their job, but if they try to help people when no one is watching, it’s a part of their character.

We came in this office months ago to discuss our rights and what our options were in a certain situation dealing with a business issue. From the moment we stepped foot in the office, it was unwelcoming and the receptionist wasn’t friendly at all... almost felt like we were a bother to her by simply walking in. Mr Schwant assisted us with our issue. He was very upfront, which was appreciative. He just didn’t seem to give us any hope or great advice. He said he will follow up with us after he spoke with his staff... never did we get a follow up email or call. I suppose our case didn’t seem worthwhile since it wouldn’t bring this office any big bucks, so we were just left high and dry. Terrible experience from beginning to end. I don’t recommend them unless you have a HUGE case they are guaranteed to win.
