Ms. Jefferson is an abusive bully. A monster. I’m literally trying to give her my credit card number and she’s yelling at me. I was finally transferred to Angela - who was kind and informative and TOOK MY $1,000 PAYMENT without rage and judgement. I realize debt collecting is a tough job but when you start profiling people as complete garbage the second you pick up the phone, it’s time for you to get a new job. Thanks again, Angela for your kindness and professionalism.

Ms. Jefferson is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. From the very first general question she had an attitude. You would think if someone's calling to pay they would be a little more welcoming.

They are debt collector. Yes, and they are currently handling one of my debts but they are so much better to deal with and anyone else work with them and it's great

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ms. Jefferson needs a lesson in customer service. Uneducated in her field and absolutely ugly to people trying to pay. Seems to be an ongoing issue per the other reviews. I have never dealt with someone so hate-filled to do the job they are paid to do. Find a different profession, Ms. Jefferson.

Have a family member that has been dealing with some financially dealing with them over a bill. Everytime he has talk to this woman Ms. Jefferson she has been extremely rude. She talks down to people even when they are sending money and doing the best they can. I am going to call the Better Business Bureau and report her. She is rude and does not need to be working with public.
