I have been extremely impressed with the level of service I have received up to date from this office. After having a horrible experience with a previous attorney at a different firm, it was a relief to see the amount of attention that I received from Franco Law. Byron, my assigned paralegal, is always reaching out with updates on a monthly basis which I appreciate greatly. Having to not constantly be chasing people for an update has helped instilled trust that they are pushing my case along. Attorney Liz was helpful from the initial consultation. She always tries to make sure to go over all my questions and is honest when it comes to keeping realistic timelines. They don’t work for you very well, they demand their money even though we are under a pandemic they don’t give you opportunities to late even my car payment I have a grace period with them they demand their money no matter what, I would not go to them very un professionals they charge fees other lawyers don’t be careful who you ask to represent you
