And so it begins. Lawyers already trolling people in Hawaii. Really? Can’t even wait until people find loved ones or closure? Ready to sue someone? Who? The first responders? The government? Our neighbors? And people wonder why lawyers get such a bad rap. Obviously not all firms are like this, but I wish you could see what is really going on right now instead of this ridiculous and horrible example of an ad campaign. Why don’t you come to Hawaii and volunteer in the recovery effort or in a shelter like so many of us have for 12-16 hours a day and look someone in the eye who has lost everything, or house a family who now has nothing but the clothes on their back. It is truly disgusting. Zero shame. Truly pathetic and unacceptable.
I signed for representation with them in early 2020. I assumed they had made progress on my case. Only to have the lawyer reach out to me, in June 2021 to sign a new agreement for arbitration. As of now I have called and emailed over 10 times since summer and they ghosted me. This is really a terrible way to treat anyone.
Horrible communication, delays and they misrepresent themselves and the so called groups they represent. Major delays and lues by them so far. I regret using them and they do not have have best interest for clients.
I have hired this law office to assist me with a lawsuit against instacart. I was told they we're in mediation which was back in September 2021. No one has gotten back with me with an update as to what happened what was said nothing. They did answer my email but could not update me anything about mediation. I was told someone would be contacting in weeks to come another 6weeks passed and still nothing. This is all bad. Bad business.
Called them several times for what I believe is an easy win case since they dealt with Ducati and now I'm experiencing the same issue. I've called and called with no response. Left several messages along with filling out their online form. No responses warrant a 1 star review. It's a shame I have to resort to such actions in order for them to contact me like another reviewer had to do. Update : 7 months go by and this is your reply? You did nothing at all and now decide it’s the right time to respond?
