Nice guy but services are extremely expensive. Well, I understand that renting an office on that location is not cheap but he could be more fair to customers. Think about this, I asked him to translate one page of transcript and he charged me $250. I even gave him the translation done previously by another agent (back in Iran) and all he had to do was just copy the same words and put his freaking stamp on it (I needed an ''official'' translation.) Not fair bro.
