I have had JGarcia Law Firm represent me in 4 different cases. In several occasions I got a little concerned due to not having immediate current update, but I tend to be a bit anxious and at some point they would still answer and communicate guaranteeing an update asap. I must admit that every single time Jose Garcia and his team have managed a satisfying outcome in each one of my cases so far. If I would call and they had no update or answer to my questions they would tell me if he said he would take care of it Miss Sammur he will, and it would turnout to be; that he was taking care of it and things were always resolved. Back in 2009 I hired this attorney to representing me in a slip and fall case. After two years of taking therapy, medical exams and all kind of studies, Mr. Garcia sent me a letter refusing representation with no justification. I asked him about the reason for this decision and he did not give me a satisfactory answer. Be careful before hiring this attorney. His team is very friendly and professional, but the ending could be frustrating.
