Konell Ruggiero & Konell

I found Atty. Jerry Konell the most unprofessional lawyer I catered to! Have entrusted my traffic accident to him ( as referred by a friend ), close to a year now and nothing moves unless my daughter would call. Finally last month, we were asked to come to his office. I thought all along that there was a finality that we were summoned about but, he went to the same questions that was done when we had our initial meeting for which he took our case. I was silent as considering my heart medical condition, I did want to be stressed unnessarily and went though his "process" and had delegated the whole case to my daughter. He promised though that the case would be settled a months time now that, everything is at hand. A month passed and my daughter called to find out the status. Was told by the secretary that they could not get my daughters last doctor's bills/findings!! So they waited this long and could not even give us a call??? ANyway my daughter fixed it and waited another week. We called, promises!!! I asked my daughter to request the "good" attorney to at least return her call!! You would think he would call!!! NO!! His secretary says he is busy!! Crap!! Are we not his client likewise to be given just to be given the proper RESPECT??? Or does he think and believe that the monetary conpensation he would be getting is not enough for his "services"?? Why then he took our case??? Why the rudeness of not calling??? I believe in karma and I hope he gets it one this days!!!!

This law firm was respectful courteous and treated my family as true clients and at times during my case through difficult times I trusted this firm the attorney's fought for my family's and my case im grateful for this firm I recommend this firm to my family and friends God forbid I get into another accident but if I do I turn to Jerome thank you Jerry For being my attorney :-)
