Judges don't approve a restraining order against my ex's girlfriend for sexually assaulting my 7-year-old son in front of his father. I would think any reasonable person would have put the restraining order in place until the investigation is over. After my son makes your report to the police end with a social worker, there's no one left to protect my son. The detective who has this case. hasn't even come to our house yet. We talking. I once sued Wells Fargo Bank, located at 9635 Las Tunas Dr, Temple City, CA 91780, in this court. The staff of this bank stole my money when I paid my credit card. I asked the bank to retrieve the surveillance video, but the bank refused to show me the video. Later, when I went to court, I asked the judge to retrieve the surveillance video, but the judge and the bank covered up for each other. They refused to retrieve the surveillance video for me, and did not allow me to speak in court. They simply ruled that I lost the case. This behavior shows the corruption and abuse of power, injustice and unfairness of local law enforcement agencies.

The judge was patient and kind to EVERYONE. Don’t speak English? Not a problem? Want to pretend you don’t speak English and then speak English? No problem. There’s a lot of crummy people out there (people who don’t return carts, litter out of their cars) but the judge gave everyone the same kind treatment. Thank you honorable Judge, keep up the great work. Hopefully people learn to drive properly and don’t end up back in his courtroom.

Judge Jannet Perez-Santiso dept K. Has shown a concerning pattern of gender bias that raises serious questions about her fairness, particularly toward mothers. She repeatedly interrupts during hearings, brings up irrelevant issues, and appears to go out of her way to support fathers, even those displaying concerning behavior. Despite clear legal standards that apply to family law, she disregards them, claiming orders are valid even when they appear to violate constitutional rights. Judge Santiso has allowed harmful and defamatory statements about mothers to go unchallenged, stating she lacks the authority to strike them, and even permits violations of medical privacy without intervention. Important matters are unnecessarily delayed, often for months, only to be dismissed without due consideration. If you are a woman or mother in her courtroom, I strongly recommend filing a 170.6 peremptory challenge. Judge Santiso’s gender bias and lack of impartiality do not inspire confidence in her ability to administer family law fairly and without prejudice.
