Nice campus with very beautiful views of Oakland. Very unfortunate that they'll be closing. I toured the campus with the CC I was in at the time before the pandemic. I was ready to transfer in but did not meet their requirements, even though I was a fairly good student. Wish I could have attended.

Not a huge or well known campus compared to other universities, Holy Names is nestled in the Oakland Hills. The facilities and grounds are nicely laid out and have a very peaceful feeling. Apart from the regular curriculum, HNU also offers music programs for young children.

One of the Best liberal, nursing and music colleges in the California. The Kodaly music program is a leading center in the USA. The preparatory music department has long being established and reputable for the Suzuki Music Method - piano violin cello flute and etc. The music department has strong faculty roster in piano and vocal. The Valley Center for the Performing Arts is one of the best music and multi functional facility in the Bay Area. Many music graduates have continued to extend their knowledge and professional skills on this campus and provided valuable music education and instrumental learning to the east bay communities. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I am very interested in attending HNU!
