This is a winning law firm. I talked to Gary Bimberg, and he sorted out my situation. Applied through his office. Was approved in six months. Gary's staff which includes Amber, Crystal, and Alisa are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was never put on hold, and my questions were always answered. This firm is outstanding. I would like to thank Gary B. for all his help. I applied for SSD in April and I was approved in July. The staff was very kind whenever I had questions or concerns. I was very nervous about applying even after my doctor told me I couldn't work anymore. I received a call f Gary and he took my case. I highly recommend Levine Benjamin Law firm.

My case was fine till Ms.Williams got it she showed up for court 10 minutes before the hearing did not meet with us but two minutes to prepare us. She told me it was a slam dunk not to worry. I will win my case. She never said hardly anything in court sat there like a bump on a log I did all the talking. When it was over she said yep we won it will take up to about 4 months for the judge to give his ruling and you'll be fine and walked away. Well I did not win and when I called it took 3 days to get a call back. And when she did call back she said well we can start all over again we need a different judge. I said no I'm going to a different lawyer who said they didn't do their job in the end. Don't ever use this firm find a local attorney that you can go talk to or call on the phone that returns your calls.

I am very pleased with this law firm. Keeping me up to date with whats going on with my case. Without them i would have been lost
