Reviews

Do not give them your information. They are trying to take your money, saying that you got a ticket I never even been to Texas bunch of scammers.
If you get a red light ticket don't pay. They will try and use scare tactics... You don't have to pay them.
Bloodsucking, money hungry, lowlives.... They have nothing better to do, but to send ridiculous letters requesting payment for doing absolutely NOTHING. Go work on a real criminal case.
The woman that took my call was gracious and polite. Even though she had no direct information for me, she asked if I had a few minutes moment to hold, and took the time to locate the correct number for me to call. Problem solved. Thank you!
It wouldn't be wise to pay these people any of the money that they are attempting to take. They have a "ready, fire, aim" tactic on their collections. Last time I spoke to them (many years ago) they wanted me to jump through hoops to resolve an issue that never even happened. After reading reviews of others, I knew it was an actual problem. Today, I got a piece of mail from them... After a quick chuckle, I happily threw it in the garbage with the sales ads.
