Wrongful conviction of my father . Lovey & Lovey was instrumental in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the compensation agreement for my father’s wrongful conviction. My father passed prior to a settlement and his team was so caring & empathetic and we were able to continue the litigation process as an only heir and child of my father after his death. Renee Spence & Tara Thompson were brilliant from start to finish and brought honor to my father and our family . I cannot say enough on their compassion and professionalism as well as attentiveness through the entire process . I will forever be grateful to the entire team at Lovey & Lovey!
Mr. J.Loevy is thee best attorney I've ever seen or even heard of. I've watched this man in court & he is a BEAST. His intelligence is beyond comprehension and his knowledge of the law {ANY type} is literally scary. He may look like a gentle soul {He's a wonderful person} but he is a GAINT among men in the court room. I would recommend this man, especially if you have been wronged by the judicial system. He's a force to be reckoned with.
Derek the intake specialist was rude inconsiderate and never answered the questions about civil rights litigation, his attitude was unprofessional and he did not correctly address the issue of my call to receive help for this office
U can't please everyone, but let me try to explain. Lawyers don't have to accept your case period . If u think u got a good case, then try to explain, but keep it nice and short. U can't present your full case over online forms esc . This guy's know they game . If the case is good, probably they are gonna take it, but again, the day has only 24 hours, and when you working on big cases, u need at least 25 ( people with experience will know what I mean) so they can't represent whole country. Even if you don't take this guy's or they don't take you, website they have is definitely best i seen. You got all the information, all the power of knowledge of the law is present to you for free so if you think that u can do better then them represent yourself but don't put bad reviews for being stupid.
these guys and there charging 33% of 4.7million dollars in payout, for a curfew violation out denver in 2020 so I don't no! That's a lot of money! 14 million awarded on the 1st one smh...they have yet to call me back regarding this urgent matter and i was in jail for 15days during this incident, before charges were dismissed. Iv been dealing with some life long injurys, my name being publicly tarnished. so i don't blame them for both invites.
