First of all, I would like to give thanks to God and Ray for helping me getting out of a ticket. No points were added and my insurance didn't go up at all. nIt all started when I saw driving to Myrtle Beach, SC with my pregnant wife (at the time she was 3 months pregnant, she's now 6 months) and my daughter (at the time she was 6 months old and now she's 9 months). We were heading down US 501 Highway and we were only 35 minutes away from Myrtle Beach when suddenly, we saw a highway patrol car make a U-turn and he started following behind us and the weird is that he turned on the lights for like 5 seconds and then he turned them off. So we kept going the same limit like everyone else, and after 5 minutes went by, the highway patrol car turned on it's lights again and this time he told us to stop and pull up to the side of the road. He got out and came towards us and asked me for my license and registration, and since I wasn't able to change the sticker of my license because I didn't have the special tool to open the license plate, I had the new registration with the sticker in my hand and I think he stopped us because he probably thought we never changed it or anything. And once he saw that I had it, he got quiet and then he went back to his car and a few minutes later, he came back with a ticket saying I was speeding. But when he stopped me, he never told me the reason why. The speed limit was 60 and he said that I saw going 79 and that he dropped it down to 69. I was nervous to speak up and give him my opinion on the reason why he stopped me because I've seen some people speak up to cops and it makes things worse so I just went along with what he was saying and I didn't want to ruin our vacation to the beach with my family. But to me, it didn't make sense why I would go speeding when my wife's pregnant and our daughter was months old. And after he gave me the ticket, he said it wasn't necessary to get a lawyer and that I just can pay the ticket online. I like to keep my record clean and I don't like the idea of having points because I know that makes your insurance go up. When we came back to NC, I looked up many lawyers and like 3 or 4 letters came in the mail. But when I received the letter from Lord Law Firm, I took my time and looked over the reviews and everything and I really liked what I saw. So I chose Lord Law Firm and I prayed to God that hopefully everything would turn out right. And today I received the good news that no points were going to be added on my license and my insurance isn't gonna go up. I am super happy and grateful, thank you so much Ray Lord. I contacted this law firm to get some direction on a legal issue I am facing. He informed me that I may be better suited to find an attorney that is closer to the area in SC where my problem is going to need to be handled, because he didn't want to charge me so much for travel time. Ray was excellent. He responded quickly to my queries, and he honestly and thoroughly explained my options and possible results.
