Reviews

This is the experience of a friend, who posted this review elsewhere. I share things like this, if I think someone has been panned unfairly. We live in a world where dueling with firearms and swords has been replaced by dueling with words, though the instruments of force are concealed behind those words. The words are woven into instruments called laws and regulations by groups of humans who want to control the rest of us. Those persons and groups weave them into complex and cunning patterns, so that only a select set of humans can have and use that control. How do ordinary persons like us defend themselves from those instruments and communicate with the users of them? Well, the actual answer is (Option 1): to spend years and years and years going to law school learning the patterns, but when something is urgent, (Option 2) it's good to have the modern, virtual version of a good gladiator. If you prefer Option 2, this is my recommendation of Sanford Margolin, and his staff. They are thorough, honest (even if they're telling you something you prefer not to hear) and trustworthy. Their time is expensive, because they have exercised Option 1, for years and years and years, and it's fair to pay for our share of that prep time, but if you can afford the cost, he will get you through the twisted paths of the legal world as cleanly and intactly as possible. Sandy is a gladiator, not a nanny. He won't rock you to sleep or blow smoke you-know-where. When dealing with legal matters, it's best to stow your emotions under the bed in any case, until the battle is decided, but if you need some aid and comfort, his staff is pleasant and will dispense some balm, band-aids and a lollipop or two. This review is specifically for Mr. Margolin, because he has walked me through a complex legal transaction and my hide is still unscarred, and in one piece. I have not met Mr. Biatch, so the only thing I know of him is that Sandy respects his competence. I wish you well with whatever matter brings you to this review.
