I typically would not start off by saying " I had the pleasure to work with an attorney" but after working with Kevin of McCarthy Law I can honestly say it was a great experience. They were straight forward and honest about their recommended approach. Too many attorneys get caught up in wanting to bill more or avoid giving a straight forward answer but this was not the case with McCarthy Law. I truly felt they cared about me as a person and empathized with my situation I felt a lot less like a client and more like a friend who was on the receiving end of great legal advice. That being said they were bulldogs with the other side which is exactly what I needed.
Helped me not get sued by a credit card. However, in the end, I payed almost just as much as I owed initially with all the added account & legal fees, so the settlement was a wash
