We contacted them regarding a possible medical malpractice issue. Had a meeting with someone in June. not an attorney, gave her a verbal history We had all medical records sent to them. By September we had not heard anything from the firm. I have been calling once a week and get transferred to someone who says they will get back to me ASAP. It's been 5 weeks now with no response. At this point all I want from them are my medical records. Don't waste your time with this firm.
Although we were pleased with the result of our claim, we are having difficulty getting the escrowed funds returned to us. 7 years, would love a call back or some communication. I don’t think there are any bills left. Just be professional and return the escrow.
