I spoke to Mizrahi Law over the phone. He got to work immediately, certain laws at the time were road blocks and very favorable to tenants (including non paying tenants, but finally the tenant is gone). Robert was very accommodating, answered all my emails, and called me when needed as needed. I am very satisfied with the service and attention I received during the eviction process. Robert is a very bad lawyer, who made me loose a lot of money (20K) on my rental property. He allowed my tenant who did not even have a lease, stay in the property rent free for 6 months. He overcharged me from the very beginning, also kept charging my credit card with out informing me. He does not want to talk on the phone at all, and will always ask you to email him and charge you money for every email. I would give this law office a zero star.
