Everybody say that these are good attorneys, but my mom was neglected and left on a van at her job in the owner would not show us video of my mom. I heard Morgan and Morgan was really good. They accepted my case twice and then turned around and told me they couldn’t take my case which I don’t understand why you can’t take a case for neglect. I also had a brother that’s incarcerated that was beating by guards and I heard Morgan Morgan was really good With cases My brother was injured broken rib They also wasn’t able to help with that case. I don’t understand, why are people referring these people as good attorneys and they are never able to help with none of the situations that they specialize in.
This review may change to 4 stars depending on the results of my ending case. But for now it’s a 3. I appreciate M&M taking on my case, everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful, and broke down- explained things I didn’t understand about my case. However; I did feel if my case was a “bigger monetary” case “the red carpet” treatment would have been there. I also think when the final “case amount” that the client is getting- if it’s not a huge amount, I feel that the attorney fees should be lowered or taken in consideration of the case amount that the client is receiving. I do know some bigger named law firms that have done this (based on the final amount). Because 33.33% is a lot! And I know that’s based on the “name”, “popularity” and ending results of the law firm and I know and understand the attorneys must “eat” and get paid for their time and work as well. And yes I know that amount percentage is in the case contract up front but when you think you have a “big” case and you’re attorney also think you have a “big” case where that percentage amount will not effect the amount of your final settlement you want end up being disappointed and still left with living in pain and struggling to do day-day activities from an accident. Yes, I know you will still have those things with a “bigger” pay-out settlement but I’m pretty sure a “bigger” pay-out would be worth it! That’s why we ALL go through this process of suing. Just saying!! But again, I’m thankful and appreciative of their help for my “peon” of a case. This is my thoughts and feelings on my experience and my first case with Morgan&Morgan. I have a lot of family that have had great outcomes with them, so that was my main reasoning for reaching out to them. Will I use them again…? Depends on the situation or accident and if I think my case is “big enough” to get a “bigger outcome” then yes because their reputation and final outcomes definitely exceeds when it comes to big cases. Again I haven’t received my monies and case isn’t quite finished so once I do receive funds again (depending on FINAL amount ) the star rating may change to 4.
The agent who did my initial intake information was very professional, polite & informative. She walked me through everything , took her time with me and was very thorough explaining answers to any questions I had. I felt relieved to have started the process with Morgan & Morgan and associates. ????
my husband and I were an accident in 2023 and told by a different law firm that we could not win we could not litigate and could not do anything because of the 50-50 law that was put into affected day before the accident. We chose to go to a second opinion with Morgan and Morgan after they reviewed our case, took it, and help resolve the case with the best results we could possibly get. I never had to go out of the house because I texted and spoke on the phone with my attorneys. They handled everything from our medical bills and to help with our injuries that we sustained. If I could give them 1000 stars I would because they were absolutely fantastic and would highly recommend them to anyone.
In February, I was rear-ended and that accident included 2 other cars. They took my case in March. They accepted a settlement check-in may. And it was not until December when I got a text message saying that they could not accept my case because it did not make enough money. Unfortunately, the guy that caused the accident had progressive insurance with a twenty ten coverage, and one vehicle had over fifty thousand dollars of medical bills alone. So imagine 3 vehicles with back injuries, with 4 people and a child. Apparently, that was not making any money from them, but I think it was very sorry. I'm professional and demeaning to get a text message saying, they were not covering my case. They were dropping my case because it wasn't enough money for them
