Won't recommended them to anyone. I wrote John Morgan and he has a Alisha text me says my lawyer would like a update on my doctor's treatment! Really? I never was in a car accident before never went to doctor's. Now my life is living in pain with a walker. They lost my case and all the lawyer can do is tell me we fought a good fight but now you have to pay defense lawyers costs and fee's plus your medical bills! I'm so upset I trusted them with my health. Oh and did I tell you I have almost a half a million in doctors and defense lawyers fees and cost thanks to your lawyers. Yes people I listened to them and now have bills I can't pay off and now I'm wondering how I can get the money since I can't work. Don't believe them or there commercials.

I have been seeking help in getting SSDI , I have multiple health and mental issues I’m dealing with, during my hour long consultation they listened and noted all my medical concerns and genuinely seemed interested and as if they wanted to help, during the consultation they informed me they would have to call me back to finish the questions the next day, which was all good. They called me today, upon hearing of my financial situation it was determined that they couldn’t represent my case. This is very frustrating , you pour out your entire medical history to a stranger , some of which is very uncomfortable to discuss , and upon learning of my finances they suddenly decide it’s not worth their effort . I called them because I needed help in getting my disability , they turned me down because I am in a very hard financial situation in my life due to everything I’m going through. I’m sure I’ll find a lawyer that actually will help , Morgan Nand Morgan shouldn’t fake concern and care if your just going to reject someone when you learn their finances aren’t to the standard you expect . You claim to help, people , im a person . What other reason could you have to reject my case ? You didn’t help you only added to my already huge pile of stress and issues I face .

I would NEVER recommend this law firm they say they are for the people when they really don’t care for the people. I had the worst experience with Morgan and Morgan. Literally every couple of weeks I had a new case manager/attorney with no notice no calls anything.They will say they tried to contact you when they never did . My last case manager was extremely rude and had no sympathy she was against me like she didn’t believe anything I was saying and they had proof. I will never let them handle my case or my families case ever again.I waited 2 years for nothing!

My experience has and continues to be a concern. I recommend to do a complete review of thier primary mission wich is injury claims **** And the 331/3% if they process a claim and go no further. I was led to believe they take care of all claims related to a accident. This is a false narrative . And layman terms, they come across as back in the day ambulance chasers*******

I gave yall a chance, I got 5 phone calls in 7 hrs trying to get me as a client. Thats ambulance chaser behavior. I've gone with another firm and will NEVER call you or recommend you again.
